Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Expect a maximum of 6-10 weeks for orders to be shipped. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Canada. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or import duties.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MONEPH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
